Kid friendly lasagna

This is a simple recipe that your kids will love!

What you’ll need:

1 lb ground beef
2 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
Italian seasoning
1 bag shredded cheese – mixed Italian blend
Parmesan cheese
Lasagna noodles

Cook the lasagna noodles according to directions. Set aside in a bowl of water to prevent them from sticking together. Brown ground beef, drain and return to pan. Stir in Italian seasoning, tomato sauce and tomato paste. Heat through. Lay a single layer of noodles in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Cover with 1/3 of the meat mixture, then ¼ of the shredded cheese and sprinkle some parmesan on top of that. Lay another layer of noodles and repeat meat/cheese step. Lay another layer of noodles and repeat the meat/cheese step but using the remaining ½ bag of cheese on the top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and lasagna is heated through. Serve with garlic bread. Feeds 4.
