Creamy peas and pearl onions

I remember this at plenty of family dinners. This is a quick and easy version of the old classic.

What you’ll need:

½ c ranch dressing
2 Tbl mayonnaise
1 pkg frozen peas & pearl onion mix, thawed
1 can French fried onions

Combine ranch and mayonnaise. Stir in vegetables and toss to coat. Pour into a 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle French fried onions over top. Bake uncovered @ 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Cost:
ranch dressing – $1.89
mayonnaise – $2.50
frozen mixed peas & onions – $2.12
French fried onions – $1.59
Total – $4.14
